None. There are no dietary restrictions or strict rules for this offering.
Is any physical exercise involved and is it safe for everyone?
There are no physical exercises involved and it is safe for everyone including expectant mothers and people with any other special physical/medical conditions.
Do I need to bring any special gear/clothes?
There is no need for any special attire or gear. Your regular/normal wear or any comfortable clothing of your choice should be fine.
How much time do I need to spend?
There are NO hard and fast rules but we would like to begin with at least 10 mins of meditation twice a day (morning and evening at a time of your choice) and you may ramp up the time spent in meditation gradually as time progresses and as you get more comfortable with it. If you start enjoying it and would like to spend more time, you are encouraged to do so.
Is there any homework/prep work I can do to make the best use of the course/offering?
While no prep work is needed, an inquisitive and open-mind, coupled with a sincere desire will be most welcome. You will receive weekly take-home instructions and all that is needed for you to succeed.
Is there any fee or donation expected before, after or during the course?
Nope. This is offered completely free of cost due to the efforts of a few volunteers.
