Meditate to Rejuvenate is a holistic program designed to help you develop and sustain a habit of daily meditation using weekly practice sessions, daily practice (both individual and in a group), one-on-one coaching, and much more, over a six-week period starting with just 10 minutes a day.
You will learn how to experience the meditative state i.e. thoughtless awareness spontaneously and effortlessly by practicing it first-hand with our instructors. The program will be followed by post-program support and other resources to help you sustain & grow your daily practice over time.
